Food festival to bring flavor to Lyons area

A flavorful food festival is set to come to Lyons next month, allowing local enthusiasts to try Latin cuisine.

The Cinco de Mayo Food Festival is set to start in a few weeks, and culinary aficionados will be able to enjoy putting their tastebuds to the test. The weekend-long event will bring Mexican food vendors together to provide attendees with a variety of traditional meals and food items.

Participants at the food festival will also enjoy access to live music and dancing. Local bands will perform festive songs suitable for all the family, and children are welcome at the festival, with a live petting zoo and carnival providing several fun activities to enjoy.

Food options include burritos, tamales, tacos, and other staples of Mexican cuisine from food trucks and local vendors. Banner printing can be a useful way for food trucks and vendors to advertise their produce and other items for sale at events like this.

Interested parties can choose from three days to attend the event. It will take place outdoors, so attendees are encouraged to look ahead and dress for the weather.

The Cinco De Mayo Food Festival will start on Friday, May 3, and end on Sunday, May 5. The festivities will begin at 4:00 PM on Friday and 2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, with tickets costing $13.50 per person.
