Lyons residents seeking a romantic break are in luck, as a candlelit dinner and wine pairing is in the works for the area.
The Cozy Bites by Candlelight dinner event is preparing to welcome dinner guests in a few weeks, and interested parties can make reservations to explore the food and wine combinations curated by professionals. The theme of the dinner is comfort, with the food and wine pairings focusing on creating a cozy experience for each diner.
Courses at the event will include Shepherd’s Pie, goat cheese, and a hot chocolate dessert. Guests will be greeted at the event with a glass of Winter White to kick off socializing and begin breaking the ice. Appetizers will include toasted sourdough bread with goat cheese and butternut squash preserves. Printing services are an ideal way to share ingredients and help diners work around food allergies with temporary Menus at such events.
All guests must be 21 or older to participate in the dinner. Attendees can expect to be seated with other guests at the dinner to encourage socialization and help each guest build their social network.
Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant will host the dinner, which will start on January 14th. The doors will open at 7:00 PM, and the dinner will conclude at 10:00 PM. Tickets cost $79 per person online.
