The Homes for Guardians program in Frankfort created by Tony and Jessica Martinez has been granted 501(c)3 status.
Their program facilitates the buying and selling of homes. Their new non-profit status will enable them to collect charitable donations and offer those funds to more teachers, healthcare workers, first responders, and military personnel, among other groups served by the program.
Those who work in the professions catered for by the program, and who are looking to sell or buy a home, can reach out to the Martinezes who will then work them to get a credit of 20% on the net commission of the sale of a home, or up to $3,000 in rebates on the purchase of a home. The couple are licensed realtors with eXp Realty. More information about such offers are often outlined with flyer printing.
Homes for Guardians also partners with other businesses in the area to provide additional services in the process of buying or selling a home, including a home inspector who gives a discount, an attorney working pro bono to review contracts, and a lender who will provide a closing credit to those who are part of the program.
The couple plans to begin fundraising this year, not only for its own program but also for other non-profits that benefit frontline workers.
