The Frankfort Chamber of Commerce will be hosting two special holiday events next month.
The first is a cookie tour to take place in historic downtown Frankfort. Tickets are $20 per person and enable the attendee to pick up a festive cookie of the season at up to 25 merchants in downtown Frankfort. Santa Claus will also be on hand along with hot chocolate stations. Such events are often promoted through flyer printing.
The event will take place on Saturday December 7 and Sunday December 8 from noon until 3:00 p.m. Check in will be at Breidert Green for pickup of the cookie bag and wristband. The Frankfort Historic Business Alliance also supports this event.
Member of the Chamber will also be featured in a holiday tradition in downtown Frankfort with specials and refreshments from local businesses. A female barbershop quartet, Sidekxx, will be singing carols throughout the evening in the downtown area. This event will take place beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Friday December 13. Attendees are encouraged to wear festive holiday attire or come dressed in their pajamas.
The South Chicago GK Clinic will be held at the Roma Sports Club in Frankfort. The clinic will offer professional training from lead coaches and to learn from and interact with professional goalkeeper, Emily Boyd from the Chicago Red Stars. This event will take place beginning at noon on Sunday December 15.
