The Frankfort Public Library will be holding two virtual events later this month.
Print shops are often used to create Flyers and mailers, which can be sent to residents to inform them of such events.
The first is called “Boost Your Immunity with Vegetables” and will feature nutritionist Nicole Green discussing how certain vegetables can improve health and boost individual immune systems. The 30-minute talk will be followed by a period for questions and answers.
Green left the corporate world to help others after she witnessed members of her family suffer from disease, and improve their condition with good nutrition. Through her training with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and studying under the top wellness experts in the world, including Dr. Andrew Weil and Dr. Deepak Chopra, she uses in her practice practical lifestyle management techniques, innovative coaching methods, and over 100 dietary theories. The event will be held from 7:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, October 27.
The second will be about the paranormal. Titled “History and Burials at Bachelor’s Grove and Chicago Graveyards,” the program will feature Ursula Bielski, founder of Chicago Hauntings Inc. discussing the burials and history at the cemetery at Bachelor’s Grove and the tours of the Chicago area which she designed. The event will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 am on Thursday, October 29.
