The 4th of July Celebration is taking place next month and will be presented by several organizations including the Village of Frankfort and the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce.
No doubt this will be a very popular event for families. There will be giant inflatables, carnival games and face painting. For $10 children can purchase a wristband that will give them access to all of the activities. Rainbow the Clown will be there to entertain the kids and a popcorn wagon will help to give them a treat. Food and drink concessions will also be available. In addition, the Kiwanis Club of Frankfort is sponsoring live music performances. The day will end off with fireworks at dusk, and the public can purchase a star for $1 from the Kiwanis Club to support this activity.
But the fun won’t end with Independence Day. The next Monday, July 11, will feature Party in the Park: Backyard Games from 6:00 – 7:30 PM. There will be a DJ dance party, guest mascots, inflatable rides and games. All activities are free of charge.
