Lots of people purchase a small starter home only to find they feel they need more space. An Evanston workshop will explore ways they can add additional living areas to their existing home, and they will also have a chance to meet with a renovation expert.
Normandy Remodelling has created its Home Addition Workshop to help those who feel they lack the living space to upgrade their current house. It will include the three types of additions that tend to be the most common, and the attendees can gather information to help them decide whether or not they should build up, out, or over.
The workshop will explore the most common types of home additions, including the construction of an extra level, expanding out into the yard or building a structure over a current garage. They will learn how to select the one that is the best fit for their needs and budget, and they will walk away with a better knowledge of the home renovation process.
This event is free to the public but advance registration is required. A brochure printing company can prepare handouts and other items to distribute to the attendees in this sort of information sharing session.
Normandy Remodelling Studio, which is located at 2929 Central Street in Evanston, will be offering this workshop on September 26, beginning at 10:30 am.
