As Evanston scholars head back to their classes, one of its schools will be celebrating the season with a special event.
The ‘Kits, ‘Cats and Kids Block Party will be taking over Lazier Field at Evanston Township High School (ETHS), and all ages are welcome to be part of the excitement. It is anticipated that this high-energy celebration will attract a large crowd, though advanced tickets are not required.
The kids and families that take part will be able to spend some time getting creative at the arts and crafts stations, and there will be an assortment of other family-friendly activities for them to enjoy as well. Live music will be playing, and both the ETHS and NU marching bands will show off their talents. Several food trucks will be on site so those who come out can choose their favorite fare, and the vendors will be serving up both sweet and savory dishes.
A community gathering like this may be a good fit for the services of a banner printing company. It can craft single-use and reusable styles, and those intended for multiple-use may be folder flat or rolled up for storage.
