What's Happening in Evanston, IL…

Evanston offers vendor space at makers markets

Evanston is home to some talented makers, and their works will be on full display in two pop-up markets planned for the community.

The planners of the Evanston Made Makers’ Market have set the dates for the upcoming year, and both will be held at 1800 Maple Avenue. Support for the project has been provided by Downtown Evanston and the city itself, and both offer free admissions and parking.

The shoppers at these pop-up events will be able to browse and buy without having to worry about the rain, and there will be hundreds of items to choose from. Everyone can supply their own table, and both installments will run for five hours. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, and booking fees start at $75 each. There is enough room for 75 vendors.

When preparing to set up shop in pop-up market or other sale, sellers often contact their local printing services company. They can provide both decor, order forms, price lists, packaging supplies, and a full line of other relevant printed materials.

The dates for the 2025 Evanston Made Makers’ Markets will be Sunday, May 4 and Sunday, October 5th. Both will be on from 12:00 pm until 5:00 pm, and more details for interested vendors is available on the Evanston Made website.
