Evanston offers fall fusion fun

Worlds are about to collide in an Evanston event that will combine both German and Mexican food and culture.

Oktober Fiesta will bring together foodies from a wide area for a celebration that will provide a multicultural experience, and it's scheduled for 1012 Lake Street. Several area businesses have chosen to support the festivities, and all ages are on the guest list.

The event will boast live music performed by bands from the local area, and there will be games and fun just for the kids. Entry is $5.00 for those age 5 and up, and those under 5 may enter for free. Wrist bands will be supplied, and a grand prize draw will be held at the end of the event. The top award may be as high as $25,000 if all the tickets are sold. The beer will be supplied by Double Clutch and Sketchbook breweries, and along with the food, it may be purchased a la carte.

Fall festivals can be a lot of fun, and often feature food prepared by local food trucks and other eateries. One of the Graphic Design Services on offer at Print shops is designing, preparing and installing vehicle wraps, which can help a food truck or other mobile eatery to be in top shape for an event.

Oktober Fiesta will be bringing the fun to Evanston on September 27th. The festivities are scheduled for 112 Lake Street.
