Independent Futures is prepping for one of its signature fundraisers, and it will give the community a way to support its members who can use additional support.
The organization will once again be hosting its Spark gala in Evanston , and it will provide the guests with a first-hand view of its work in the local area. They will have a chance to meet and get to know some of the program participants, learning about how Independent Futures has made a difference to them.
The guest at the celebration will be treated to a cocktail hour mixer and special dinner, and both live and silent auctions will give them an opportunity to snag some fun items and experiences. The “heads or tails” game, which has proven popular in the past, will be back, and tickets for the function start at $195, with a discount being on offer for young professionals who are under 30.
One of the benefits of hosting this sort of event is that it gives an organization a fun way to introduce itself and the work it does in the community. Stationery printers can prepare programs, table cards, VIP Invitations, and many other items that can make the occasion feel even more special.
The Spark 2020 fundraiser will be welcoming ticket holders on November 7, and the cocktail hour will begin at 6:30 pm. The Autobarn will provide space for the celebration.
