Evanston event to help homeless cats

A fundraiser for the Evanston area will be showing some love to its four-legged furry set, and everyone is on the guestlist for the celebration.

Palmhouse, which can be found at 619 Howard Street, will be the location for an evening of fun for individuals and families alike. It will be raising funds for Paws and Claws rescue, and tickets for the general public are $40 each.

The gathering will celebrate the charity's fourth birthday, and a vintage sale, denim decorating class, and candy bar will all be on offer. Food and drinks will be served, and those age two and up will receive a drink ticket and can visit the cash bar. Everyone will have the chance to bid on the donated Corporate Gifts, and a raffle will round out the festivities. A vegetarian option will be on the menu for any diners who request one.

A fundraising event often requires a lot of planning, and Print shops will be happy to help. They can meet with their clients in person, online, or over the phone to discuss their activity and how they can lend a hand.

This opportunity to be part of an evening of fun that will help to bring abandoned cats in from the cold will be kicking off at 6:00 pm on Friday, May 3. Its online listing includes a ticketing link.
