The Evanston Ethnic Arts Festival will transform the Evanston lakefront into a Global Village for a two-day event that celebrates global diversity via music, food, and art. This marks the 29th year for this event, which always draws a crowd.
In addition to seeing, hearing, and tasting the diversity from more than 100 countries, attendees will be able to take part in family crafts, as well as learning various folk dances. Vendors will be on hand and attendees can purchase and take home a little bit of a faraway culture while celebrating its contribution to the American experience.
This is a great promotional experience for local businesses and usually draws visitors from far and wide. Large events such as this one particularly benefit from the services of a banner printing service. Additionally, vendors often find it to be advantageous to contact their Stationery printing services well in advance of the event.
The weekend kicks off with the Evanston Escola de Samba, a high-energy show featuring a Brazilian percussion and Carnival Parade. Other activities will include face painting, origami, and maraca and mask making, to name just a few.
The Evanston Ethnic Arts Festival takes place July 19 – 20 at Centennial Park in Evanston from 12:00 noon to 7:00 pm. Parking is free, with a complimentary shuttle bus service available.Get a Free Quote for Stationery
