New burger place to set foot in Meridian

In-N-Out Burger has applied for and received approval to build a restaurant at the Village at Meridian on E. Fairview Avenue, which is currently a small dirt lot. This will be its first location in Idaho.

The restaurant will be built on 0.642 acres of land with a building that will be close to 4,000 square feet in size. It will be able to accommodate 32 people outdoors and 84 people indoors. There will also be a drive-thru that will allow for a line-up of 41 cars, with additional parking on site for 47 cars. Banner printing is often used at such sites to inform the community of upcoming projects and keep them abreast of their progress.

Assistant vice president of real estate and development, Mike Abbate, said that Meridian is a “wonderful community,” and the chain is looking forward to serving those in the Boise area, who have been anticipating the arrival of the chain in the area.

In-N-Out Burger has a simple menu, serving burgers, fries, shakes, and products from Coca-Cola. It also serves a menu of meat and protein-style foods. The eatery will be open seven days a week, from 10:00 am to 1:00 am Sunday through Thursday, and 10:00 am to 1:30 am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Once construction starts, the restaurant will take about six months to build.
