Convenience store to open in Meridian

Buc-ee’s is planning a new travel center in Meridian.

This will be the first location of the company in Idaho as well as being its westernmost.

Buc-ee’s offer fuel and electric vehicle charging stations as well as a variety of food options. Breakfast is available from 4:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with barbecue sandwiches available from 11:30 a.m. to midnight. Other fresh hot food, cold sandwiches, wraps, salads, fruit cups, and homemade fudge are among the other items that are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Local Print shops can create Booklets and Flyers with more information about such offerings for travelers and visitors.

A spokesperson for the chain said that the layout, potential size, and scope of the new location are mostly conceptual at this time and it might change depending on additional reviews and analysis.

Buc-ee’s is based in Texas and has grown its network of convenience stores to 54 sites in 11 states and is continuing its aggressive expansion in the United States as it has grown its footprint on the Gulf and East Coasts and in the Midwest.

The biggest competition for Buc-ee’s in Meridian will be the ExtraMile brand; Maverik, which operates six of its 70 convenience stores in Idaho in Meridian; and Jacksons Food Stores, which operates 15 locations in the city.
