Norcross will be the home for a new office for Cimcorp Group, based out of Grimsby, Ontario, for its Cimcorp USA Inc. subsidiary.

The company manufactures turnkey machinery for order fulfillment using gantry robotics, which helps manufacturers to optimize material flow, and distribution centers to manage a multichannel sales environment.

The office, scheduled to open during the second quarter, will be located in a technology and business park and will provide the service and sales team with a home base in the Southeast market. This location was chosen as it is projected to have a large growth in manufacturing, warehouse automation, and intralogistics.

It will also enable the company to develop its service and sales activities to customers within the targeted markets of consumer packages goods, ecommerce, tire manufacturing, and the food and beverage industries. Having brochure printers create sales materials might help the company to inform its customers of its presence in the Southeast and increase its access to partners, suppliers, and distribution centers.

According to Cimcorp’s North America President, Rick Trigatti, the central location of Norcross makes it ideal for servicing the company’s base of customers in the United States, and will also enable the company to grow its target market.

The global headquarters of Cimcorp Group is in Ulvila, Finland, and the company has additional locations in Canada.
