Norcross apartment complex to undergo renovations

Elliot Norcross, a residential community in Norcross with 687 apartment units, has been purchased by National Property REIT Corp. (NPRC) and Ashcroft Capital.

The latter is a fully integrated multifamily investment firm, while the former invests in and operates real estate assets. Ashcroft Capital through Birchstone Residential will be managing the daily operations of the apartment complex.

Elliot Norcross was built beginning in 1872 and has homes with one, two, or three bedrooms. There are 128 townhouses of the 85 percent of the homes that have two or three bedrooms. Among the amenities at the residential community are picnic and grilling stations, two resort-style swimming pools, a fitness center, two clubhouses for residents, and a business center.

The construction team of Birchstone is planning to renovate Eliot Norcross. The renovations will include updating the landscaping, modernizing the amenity spaces, and upgrading signage. Improvements within the apartment units will include luxury laminate countertops and tile backsplashes in the kitchens, adding stainless steel appliances, upgrading plumbing and lighting fixtures, and vinyl plank flooring. Brochure printing can be used to provide more details about such planned upgrades.

Founder and CEO of Ashcroft, Frank Roessler, expressed his excitement about teaming up with NPRC to be able to add value by updating these units. He added that Norcross has become more desirable in recent years due to its high-quality education and proximity to Atlanta.
