New dining experiences and upgrades come to Mall of Georgia

The Village and the Dining Pavilion at the Mall of Georgia in Buford have undergone renovations and have recently been completed.

Residents of Norcross will no doubt want to travel the short distance to the mall to see the more modern design and the new atmosphere. The Dining Pavilion now offers a range of seating options, including communal-style tables, soft seating banquettes, and a bar-height seating area. The color palette has been updated, as has been the lighting with more modern fixtures that use LED lights throughout the area.

There are now six full-service restaurants including Tin Lizzy’s Cantina, P.F. Changs, and The Cheesecake Factory.

The Village was designed to create a community hub and provides upgraded amenities and family-friendly options. There is a lounge with a new fireplace and guests can relax in oversized Adirondack chairs. There is also a new play area for children to explore.

General manager for the center, John DiCioccio, said the goal of the renovations was to create an experience for shoppers unlike any other. The new features in the mall will enable visitors to get a quick bite to eat in The Dining Pavilion or visit one of the full-service restaurants in The Village, and then enjoy the enhanced outside experience at the mall.
