Crosby Design Group, a full-service interior design firm, has completed its work on The Brunswick, a multi-family project, which is now leasing one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments next to Lillian Webb Park in downtown Norcross.
The apartments feature custom kitchen cabinetry and modern, stainless steel appliances with large kitchen islands. Each residence has a private balcony as well as reserved resident and guest parking. The amenities include a resort-style pool, a firepit and outdoor grills, a pool clubhouse with bar and kitchen, and a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment. The property spans 3.3 acres and is at the corner of Holcomb Bridge Road and Buford Highway, a few minutes’ walk from downtown Norcross and its many shops and restaurants. Those interested in such projects often rely on brochure printing services to provide more details about features and amenities.
Lead designer with Crosby Design Group, Laura Anderson, said that in order for this project to have meaning for the city, the interior design was inspired by the train station and the historic Brunswick Hotel in the city, and used local antiques and art to make it unique. The residential project pays tribute to the to the hotel and is styled with a Gatsby theme throughout the interior design.
The city of Norcross worked with Centro Development, Gateway Ventures Real Estate, and the Norcross Downtown Development Authority to develop the property.
