FORGE has opened a new manufacturing facility in Norcross. FORGE designs, engineers, and builds cold-formed steel (CFS) prefabrication units.
Such new facilities which benefit those in the community are often made known to its residents with flyer printing.
Spanning 152,000 square feet, the facility will be used for manufacturing CFS structures and panels and will be able to offer customers comprehensive end-to-end solutions. Co-founder and owner of FORGE, Ricky Wimberly, said that FORGE is a turnkey pre-fabrication company so that it can offer the range from engineering and design services to the manufacturing of metal studs, load-bearing structures, panels, logistics, and installation. He added that its innovative equipment for manufacturing enables the company to provide the greatest value for their customers by increasing output and safety, streamlining the construction process, and reducing overall timelines and costs.
The products FORGE manufactures are made from CFS in an indoor and quality-controlled environment. The divisions of Structure and Panels handle the design, prefabrication, and construction of the company’s interior and exterior wall systems, metal studs, StoPanels, roof trusses, and floor joists.
The leadership of the company is comprised of specially selected experts from the engineering and construction industries. Each person has many years of traditional construction experience and a unique perspective of offsite construction.
FORGE has many projects in the works for customers in the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast.
