A Back-to-School event will be held by the city of Peachtree Corners to show off its new playground.
Residents of nearby Norcross may be interested in the event festivities, and the new playground itself.
This event will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Town Center Playground. The Back-to-School event will include several activities for the family that will feature the Bubble Lady and her bubbles, face painting, an ice cream truck, bubble machines, and balloon animals. Family-friendly events such as this one often provide Flyers and Brochures with more information, created by local Print shops.
The equipment at the playground was custom-made and provides opportunities for parallel play activities on and above the ground. The equipment includes a We-Go-Swing designed for people of all ages and provide an inclusive experience as it allows for multiple users to swing together. There is a Quantis Netplay System that provides children with many opportunities for adventure and play.
A custom PTC Tower is like the bridge for pedestrians that crosses Peachtree Parkway. This has a climbing structure and two slides. The bridge between the two towers has lettering and the leaf pattern from the 141 bridge. There is also a Roller Slide and a Lounge Spinner.
This Back-to-School event will take place on Monday, August 1 beginning at 10:00 am on the Town Green.
