Winter Park to host immersive sampling experience

The Winter Park Farmers' Market will be organizing an alcohol tasting event in October.

The Winter Park Wine & Dine is an annual activity where people can try over 100 varieties of wine on a guided sampling tour. This year is the 10th anniversary of the event. Many wineries and breweries will be participating in the experience, such as the Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards, Sanford Brewing Company, and Crooked Can Brewing. Guests with VIP access to the event will get to try exclusive drinks from the Quantum Leap Winery.

Several food vendors will also attend the tasting activity, including Hamilton's Kitchen at The Alfond Inn, Tibby's New Orleans Kitchen, and Kai Asian Street Food. Dessert for the event is provided by Gelato Go and Southern Home Bakery. A portion of the money earned at the market will go toward the Park Ave Title Military Scholarship Fund. Organizations that host fundraisers like this can get more locals invested in the event by using printing services to make marketing materials.

The Winter Park Wine & Dine will be held on Wednesday, October 12 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. General admission to the tasting event will cost $100 per person. VIP tickets are $250 each and will give people access to a private covered viewing area, early admission to the festival, and full pours provided by Veuve Clicquot.
