Manufacturing facility scheduled for Winter Park

The fourth radioligand therapy (RLT) manufacturing facility of Novartis will be built in Winter Park. Novartis is a leading global innovative medicines company.

The facility will be purpose-built and will span 35,000 square feet. Fifty high-quality jobs in the region will be created over the next three years because of this facility. The average salary will be $90,000.

News of such upcoming facilities and their benefits for a city, a region, and a state can be made known with flyer printing.

Specialized talent is required for RLT manufacturing. The location of each new facility is determined by this key factor. Investments have been made by the state of Florida in higher education for technology and life sciences, which has helped to grow the next generation of people that are important for enhancing advanced manufacturing for platforms like RLT. In addition, innovations in pharmaceuticals are valued by the state’s policy and regulatory environment, making the state in a good position to become a leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Head of United States Drug Product Operations at Novartis, James Fredette, said:

“These elements are critical to helping us reach more patients, faster, and to ensuring success for all parties involved. We look forward to continued collaboration with our partners in the months and years ahead.”

This manufacturing facility is expected to be completed and online by 2029.
