Winter Park firm appoints new senior consultant
Institutional Knowledge in Winter Park has selected Dr. Anne B. Kerr, the former president of Florida Southern College, for a position of senior consultant position. Institutional Knowledge is the higher education branch of Findsome & Winmore, parent company of the32789.

Kerr is a significant figure in the education community in the state. She attended Mercer University where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees and Florida State University where she earned her doctorate degree. During her 20 years at Florida Southern College, she was dedicated to fostering community engagement and elevating educational standards.
Her other accomplishments at Florida Southern College include the expansion of 20 existing facilities, the addition of 22 new buildings, and the restoration of several buildings by Frank Lloyd Wright for which the college is known. She also oversaw the opening of the Ann Blanton Edwards School of Nursing in 2021, a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree program in 2019, and the creation of The Barney Barnett School of Business and Free Enterprise in 2011.
