Winter Park complex to get even larger

The Ravaudage complex, a large mixed-use development at U.S. Highway 17-92 and Lee Road in Winter Park, could be getting even bigger.

Dan Bellows, a local developer and principal of the Sydgan Corporation, says Sydgan is getting ready to offer two parcels to developers. The land would accommodate up to 546 apartments, projects that would be valued at more than $100m. Bellows has wanted to include apartments in the Ravaudage project for some time.

One parcel would go to Alliance Residential Company, which is based in Phoenix. Alliance would begin working on Broadstone Winter Park, a new seven-story apartment building offering 268 units, to be built north of the restaurants already open at Ravaudage.

The other parcel would go to The Bainbridge Companies LLC of Wellington, which is contracted to buy a 3.7-acre site from Bellows. Bainbridge plans on a 278-apartment, five-story building on the property.

Sydgan also want to change its plans for a mixed-use building into a hotel. The limited service hostelry would be close to the restaurants already open in Ravaudage, including Miller’s Ale House, TR Fire Grill, and Zona Fresca. In addition, another mixed-used project comprising residences, retail spaces, and storage could break ground early in 2017.

Companies like this could benefit by working with brochure printing companies, which can create Booklets describing the amenities of new developments to prospective tenants, both residential and commercial.
