Lineage Coffee Roasting in Winter Park will be hosting an informative espresso-tasting activity in September.
Espresso Tasting and Technique is a program that is part of the Lineage Coffee Roasting Lineage Academy series. The event is an introductory course for those who enjoy espresso and want to hone their drink-making abilities at home. Many concepts will be discussed, like tamping techniques, channeling, and dosing. Attendees will also be taught the importance of extraction and learn how to adapt espresso-brewing techniques to different coffee machines.
Lineage Coffee Roasting is a company founded by Jarrett and Justine in 2012. The business debuted at the Audubon Park Farmers Market and opened its first bar at the East End Market in 2013. The organization also has branches at UCF and MILLS/50. People can attend the company’s Lineage Academy to learn various coffee-making skills, such as how to make a cold brew or latte art. Those who are opening their own cafes can receive consulting services from the company on essentials like how to train staff and develop Menus.
The espresso course will be held on Saturday, September 9 from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. General admission to the lesson will be $90 per person. Companies that offer in-house workshops similar to this may use poster printing services to ensure their customers are aware of future events.
