A fast-casual chain based in Texas will be opening its first Florida location in Winter Park, and a date has finally been revealed.
Twisted Root, which offers a menu full of exotic meats, grinds its patties daily in-house to make its signature, half-pound burgers. Patrons will be able to find unusual meats such as rabbit, duck, boar, venison, camel, ostrich, and elk available, as well as common proteins like chicken, turkey, Wagyu beef, buffalo, and beef.
The restaurant also offers a vegan burger made from quinoa, brown rice, black beans, and chickpeas, and then topped with sriracha sauce and avocado. Among its side dishes, Twisted Root offers loaded fries, flash-friend-green beans and carrots, Quincy’s fried pickles, onion strings, and potato chips. A variety of milkshakes is also available, as well as salads, and a special menu for kids.
The restaurant will be open from 11:00 am until 11:00 pm Sundays through Thursdays, and 11:00 am until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
Twisted Root plans to open its Winter Park location, which covers 4,000 square feet, next Tuesday, November 12 in the Grove at Winter Park, a retail complex located on Aloma Avenue close to Howell Branch Road.
