New restaurant open and another coming to Winter Park area

Luke's Kitchen recently opened in Maitland, about four miles from Winter Park, Florida, giving foodies a new option for dining out. A second, Teak, is due to open later in the spring.
Luke's Kitchen is owned by the same group that owns and operates Prato and Luma on Park, and will go into the former RanGetsu space on Orlando Avenue.

The location has been vacant since 2014, and has been given a major renovation which has transformed the spot completely. Luke's Kitchen's menu offers classic American dishes and drinks, offering everything from a seafood tower to peppered prime rib and chicken cooked on a spit.

Another famous Orlando restaurant is also opening a Maitland location. Teak Neighborhood Grill, which serves mostly burgers, is going into a first-floor location in the Village at Lake Lily, which was once home to a sushi bar run by RanGetsu. Like Luke's Kitchen, operators have completely renovated their space and hope to be open by March or April, 2017. Jon Proechel, the co-owner, said he was excited by the move, saying there are no similar eateries in the area. Teak's menu offers 30 hamburgers and 100 beers for diners to sample, and the flagship location has won a number of awards for their burgers.

Businesses like these can benefit by working with flyer printing companies that can create handouts advertising their opening days.
