New luxury apartments open in Winter Park

A new community of ultra-luxury apartments is now open in Winter Park, and leases are available.

Bainbridge Winter Park is close to the intersection of Lee Road and US-17, at 1400 Morgan Stanley Avenue. The community offers five stories with 278 apartments, and a parking garage. The new development is part of Ravaudage, a mixed-use project that puts residents within walking distance of a number of restaurants, entertainment venues, and shops. The complex is only 15 minutes from Orlando, and an hour from the coast.

Attractions close to the new development include the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art, Lake Osceola, Winter Park's Park Avenue entertainment, dining, and shopping district, and the Downtown Winter Park Historic District itself. The District has a number of museums and art galleries mixed with boutiques and restaurants. There are also water sports and outdoor recreational venues nearby.

The units available are junior, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans. The finishes are luxurious and the kitchens have designer cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and marble backsplashes. The floors are hardwood-style planks, and the ceilings are from nine to twelve feet high. Bedrooms feature walk-in closets, and double vanities.

The luxury continues outdoors, with a heated saltwater pool with a sundeck, summer kitchens, and gazebos. A club room with lanai, and a community lounge are also available. Banner printing is often used to create decorations to celebrate openings of projects like this.
