Blogger becomes food truck event specialist

Orlando-based Mark Baratelli has founded Food Truck Bazaar after gaining relevant experience by share his food tasting experiences online.

Baratelli has had to blog less as he has become more involved in the hosting of events in Florida. Having made the transition to event planner, he might want to use business card printing in Winter Park.

Baratelli has explained his development to the Orlando Sentinel, saying:

“I wrote about a taco truck taste test, and started introducing a new food truck to my readers each month. Eventually, a barbecue truck owner told me about big gatherings in Miami for trucks, and I decided to put one together in Orlando.”

To kick start his entrepreneurial career, Baratelli saved money while engaged in other occupations. For instance, he accumulated money while performing on cruises. In addition, he has boosted his wealth by doing part-time work at Universal.

Baratelli has received funds from the owners of food trucks because they wanted to sell their goods at events which were attended by significant numbers of people. He has used social media to boost the turnout for these occasions.

Baratelli has not just persuaded some of his own social media fans to come to the events in question. He has paid for advertising targeted at young business professionals in specific geographical areas.
