A residential high-rise development is being planned for West Palm Beach by Savanna, based in New York.
Olara will have 485 residential units across North Flagler Drive from the Intracoastal Waterway. The development will have two buildings, 28 stories high each, with 170 rental apartments and 315 condominiums. Amenities will include a fitness center and spa, two pool areas, lounges reserved for residents, a veranda with barbecue grills and fire pits, a restaurant, and co-working space. Local Print shops often engage in brochure printing to promote such developments and their amenities.
The units will have between one and four bedrooms and range in size from 1,000 to 5,000 square feet. Arquitectonica based in Miami is designing the structure and Gabellini Sheppard Associates and INC Architecture & Design, both based in New York are the interior designers.
Savanna has been able to create the Olara development site that spans four acres over the last two years by making 17 purchases of property along North Flagler Drive. No variances from zoning rules or rezoning were needed for the development as the city created a zoning district that encompasses the site that raised the limits on the height of buildings in the area.
Construction of Olara is expected to begin early next year and take three years to complete. Pre-construction sales of the condominiums will start this fall.
