The Soul in the City Jazz Experience is finishing up its season with monthly performances through the end of the year at The Lake Pavilion in West Palm Beach.
These performances feature top musicians from across the country. Attendees can enjoy an evening of jazz, a breathtaking view of the waterfront of West Palm Beach, and purchase various food offerings. Poster printing is often used to promote such special performances.
This month will feature Spirit of Oya. Oya began her musical journey at the age of three and keeps soulful melodies and jazz classic alive, backed by an all-star ensemble. Oya and her ensemble will perform on Wednesday September 18.
Next month will feature Lao Tizer who is a bandleader and keyboardist from Los Angeles and has seven albums. Tizer will be performing on Wednesday October 16.
November’s performer will be Solomon Jaye and his Tap Into Soul. His music offers new interpretations of jazz as well as both contemporary and classic hits that include songs from Earth, Wind & Fire, Al Green, and James Brown. Jaye will be performing on Wednesday November 20.
The last performance of the year will be The Lady Ella Show by Nicci Canada, who has a unique ability to connect with listeners through her sultry and warm vocals. Canada will be performing on Wednesday, December 18. All performances are from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
