Upscale shopping district to come to West Palm Beach

Four new tenants will be joining The Nora District, a shopping center coming to West Palm Beach.

The Nora District will feature a wide range of lifestyle, wellness, retail, and dining options. The new tenants will be The Spot Barbershop, Mint, Sana Skin Studio, and Del Mar Mediterranean Restaurant.

Head of leasing at Nora, Francis X. Scire, Jr., expressed his excitement about these businesses joining the offerings at Nora. He said that his team has endeavored to bring to the center premier lifestyle retailers, boutique wellness experiences, and highly sought-after food and beverage operators to develop a premier destination in Palm Beach County.

Local Print shops can be hired to promote such new developments and their many offerings.

The first phase of the shopping center will renovate several industrial buildings to create over 150,000 square feet of commercial space, 55,000 square feet of office space, and a park along North Railroad Avenue. Among the confirmed retailers at the center are The Garret Group and H&H Bagels from New York City and Celis Juice Bar from West Palm Beach as well as two boutique fitness centers.

The Nora Hotel will be coming to the shopping center in a future phase. This will be a boutique hotel with 201 rooms to be developed by BD Hotels and Sean MacPherson. Also planned are additional retail, office, and residential offerings.
