Local revelers will be excited to see a pair of traditions return for this year’s holidays
The Sandi Tree is now lit in downtown West Palm Beach. This is the 11th year that the tree, made of 700 tons of sand, has come to life. The lights will be on display throughout the month and will be brighter than ever. Attendees can also listen to live music and get a selfie taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The lights will be on every night from 6:00 to 10:00 pm through Saturday, December 31.
This annual attraction and other related events are often promoted throughout a city with flyer printing.
Meanwhile, the Ferris Wheel has returned to the Great Lawn on North Clematis Street. Powered by Florida Power Light and sponsored by Land Rover Palm Beach, the Ferris Wheel offers splendid views of the city and the Sandi Tree. Prices for rides are $5 per person for a single ride and $20 per person for rides all through a single evening. Rides will be from 6:00 to 10:00 pm until New Year’s Eve with daytime rides from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 17.
There will also be a Pancake Breakfast at the Lake Pavilion on South Flagler Drive at the Sandi Tree. The breakfast will take place on Saturday, December 17 from 9:00 am to noon. Tickets are $15 per person and include a ride on the Ferris Wheel.
