David Burke will be opening his first restaurant in Florida at Nautilus 220 in Lake Park on Lake Shore Drive.
Nautilus 2200 is a luxury development located along an active marina, and will feature professional offices, retail shops, and condominiums. Burke’s restaurant will be along the waterfront, spanning 7,500 square feet with seating both indoors and outdoors, and will offer modern American cuisine. Residents of nearby West Palm Beach will want to patronize this restaurant upon completion.
Burke sees his restaurant as a brasserie with a nautical name, and will be serving many of his signature dishes from his repertoire of American cuisine, as well as some that he will create specifically for the restaurant. His dishes will focus on the seafood in the area and other ingredients specific to the state, while also adding Latin flavors. He plans the space to take the best possible advantage of the waterfront views and to showcase custom-made blown glass pieces.
Managing Partner of Forest Development, which is developing Nautilus 220, Peter Baytarian, expressed his excitement about welcoming Burke and his team to the project. Such projects and their special dining options are often promoted throughout an area with poster printing, with Menus also likely to be ordered from Print shops.
The restaurant is expected to open in June 2024 when Nautilus 2200 is completed.
