The Nutcracker will be performed by the Ballet Palm Beach professional ballet company at two locations in West Palm Beach at the end of this month and next month.
Print shops are often hired to create printed materials to distribute throughout a county to inform residents of such holiday performances.
In the performance will be the professional dancers from Ballet Palm Beach, local resident artists, and over 50 students from the Trainee Program and the Ballet Palm Beach Academy. Those from the local area—Will Linn, Karen Roraff, and Paige Selva—will also be creating the costumes. This series of performances will be the third time the ballet company has presented The Nutcracker.
Artistic Director, Colleen Smith, said that this favorite seasonal ballet will showcase the talent of the professional ballet dancers of Palm Beach County in magnificent venues. Audiences of all ages will find this performance creating a memorable holiday tradition.
UBS Florida Private Wealth Management is one of the sponsors of the performance with Wayne Daniel and Stuart Gordon underwriting the new costumes. The Anka Fund for Dancers sponsors the professional dancers.
The ballet company will be at The King’s Academy from Friday, November 29 through Sunday, December 1 and at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts—Dreyfoos Hall on Friday, December 6 and Saturday, December 7.
