A beloved children’s character is set to visit an exciting Tampa venue in early January.
Skate and Play with Bluey is a meet and greet event from SkateWorld Tampa. The titular character from the popular Australian TV show about a family of dogs is heading over to hang out with kids as they enjoy roller skating, music, and fun arcade games. Kids can get a picture with their favorite pup and enjoy a few hours of fun with their families and other children.
The ticket price of $16 applies to all attendees from the age of two to the age of 17. They also get a set of rented skates and a card with 10 credits for the arcade included in this fee. For younger participants, there are special adjustable skates that can be attached to their favorite sneakers. As they get better at skating, the level can be changed, allowing them to learn at their own pace. There are also frames called “Skate Mates”, which are for kids to hold as they skate around, giving independent learners a way to balance as they improve. Admission is paid upon arrival.
The venue also offers games in the arcade that give players either an instant win or a prize of a set amount of tickets to trade for items in the shop. If anyone gets hungry, there is a cafe with food and drink like fries, soda, pizza, nachos, and even wine or beer for the adults. Flyer printing is often an option selected to advertise events geared towards children.
Bluey will be at SkateWorld Tampa between 12:00pm and 4:00pm on January 2nd.
