A four-week Scrum Master training program has been scheduled in Tampa by Tech Training Solutions. The event will be instructor-led, delivering two sessions per week, with two hours per session concluding with over 16 hours of instruction.
The course is designed for beginners interested in learning about Scrum software. There will be ongoing hands-on interactive training, with all classes taught in English.
Ideally anyone involved in computer software development who uses Scrum framework may wish to attend, such as masters, team members and managers.
The first couple of sessions will introduce Scrum and its key principles. History, benefits, processes, and scalability will be discussed as well. Next, students will learn how to initiate, plan, and estimate implementation. Organizational roles such as master, product owner, team member, and non-core positions will be identified.
Moving further into the program, business justification will be taught, including responsibilities, factors, techniques, and value-driven delivery. Quality of criteria and management is part of the agenda. Flexibility vs. stability is incorporated into the module addressing change.
Print shops often work on projects such as brochure printing for vocational and academic courses. The Brochures can outline the contents of the program as well as instructor credentials, venue, and price.
