A venue in Tampa will be hosting a fun activity in honor of an annual holiday in mid-May.
Mommy & Me I Love Moo is a class which falls into the “Family Fun” category of lessons put on by Painting with a Twist (PwaT). The company leads interactive and educational experiences, giving guests a chance to learn painting techniques and create their own pieces in a relaxed environment.
This event will see moms and their kids craft a pair of paintings depicting a momma cow and baby cow with some hearts in between them. The hearts will go across both canvases, bringing them together. The class is set to serve as a celebration of Mother’s Day.
Each artwork will be put on a 16”x20” canvas. The cost of the lesson covers materials and instruction, this amount being $29. Anyone who plans on attending as a larger group, but is choosing to buy their tickets separately, can put the names of those they wish to be seated by in a special box on the Tampa PwaT studio’s reservation page for the event. Purchases can also be completed on the phone or by visiting the studio itself.
Those who are 21 or older have the option of bringing an alcoholic drink, as long as they remember to keep the venue friendly for the younger artists. The lesson will run for 90 minutes, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Flyer printing is commonly used as a form of promotion for artistic events such as this. The date for this activity is May 13.
