The Tampa Bay Wine & Food Festival will be returning to Tampa in mid-April.
This yearly event celebrates the culinary talent of gastronomic masters and chefs from around the Tampa Bay area.
Wednesday, April 9th beginning at 7:00 pm, everyone is invited to Experience St. Pete, an evening of exploring the restaurants in the area.
The next evening at 7:00 pm, Experience Tampa will offer dining experiences at Hyde Park Village as chefs in five leading culinary destinations offer 4-course meals paired with leading national brands of wines.
Things will heat up with the VIP Chef Showdown on Friday, April 11th from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The Irvine's Chef Showdown will be a competitive culinary cook-off with 16 chefs hosting "battle pavilions" each with samplings of their competition entries and a stage with live demonstrations. Guests will vote for their favorite pavilion. The VIP Chef Showdown will take place at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, 600 N. Ashley Drive.
Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park will hold the main event of the festival, the Grand Tasting. Here more than 40 of Tampa's leading restaurants will be providing bites along with cocktails and wine. National brands will have live activations, and the venue will have live music. The Grand Tasting will take place from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturday, April 12th.
Large events like this require a lot of media exposure including poster and flyer printing as well as online and mass mailings.
