Tampa festival to benefit local foundation

A music event in Tampa will be taking place in late February, benefiting a local charity as well as kids interested in music.

Gasparilla Music Festival brings together dozens of bands, singers, and school groups to perform over the course of a few days, as the guests enjoy the tunes along with drinks and food from various local restaurants. Flyer printing will often be used in promotion of festivals like this.

The Gasparilla Music Foundation is the organizer of the event, along with help from the Coppertail Brewing Company. Through its program Recycled Tunes, the non-profit gathers musical instruments and distributes them to children throughout the local area, as well as giving them access to performance opportunities. The charity also works on various other music related causes such as funding for musical education programs.

VIP passes for this event allow access to exclusive tents, bars, and restrooms, as well as front row slots by the stages and a special entrance. There are individual day passes for $125, two-day passes for $200, and three-day passes for $250. Regular tickets are $45, $70, and $95 for the same time increments. Wristbands will be provided in order to allow attendees to leave and come back again, so guests are advised they will have to pay again to get back in if they remove them.

February 25 will have the event run from 5:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with entrances beginning at 4:00 pm. February 26th and 27th will both last from 1:00 pm to 11:30 pm. It will be held at the Kylie Gardens and Curtis Hixon Waterfront Parks.
