Star to visit Tampa venue for new show

A popular country music performer and television personality will be bringing a tour out to Tampa in early March.

Blake Shelton started out by selling songs to labels and publishing houses, before he eventually released his debut record in 2001. Shelton has seen continued success since, with many of his albums and songs finding places on various music charts. In 2011, he took part in the then new NBC show “The Voice” as a coach. He has remained in his spot since then, being the only coach to do so. However, he will be departing the program after the upcoming spring season, which will be season 23. Some of the many hit tunes Shelton has released are “Happy Anywhere” featuring Gwen Stefani, “Austin,” “Sangria,” “Sure Be Cool If You Did,” and “Neon Light.”

The Back to the Honky Tonk Tour will be coming to entertain attendees at the Amalie Arena. Opening acts for the event include Jackson Dean and Carly Pearce. Tickets cost between $25 and $165.25 via Ticketmaster. Merchandise sold at concerts similar to this often includes T-Shirts, accessories, Posters, and sweatshirts that are printed with a graphic design relating to the acts who will be performing. The show is currently scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm, although the time is subject to being changed. The date is set for Friday, March 3.
