Star to put on a show in Tampa

An entertainment industry legend will be bringing their latest tour to Tampa in mid-January.

Barry Manilow started his career in 1967 as a musical director for a show on CBS, Manilow has gone on to release hit records, as well as winning a pair of both Primetime Emmys and Grammys. In recent years, he has also started Obbligato, which is a wine brand, and a charity focused on providing funding and scholarships for music programs to students and schools, entitled The Manilow Music Project. Some of the songs for which he is most known are “Mandy,” “Copacabana (At the Copa),” “Could It Be Magic,” and “I Made It Through the Rain.”

Barry Manilow: Hits 2023 will be holding a performance at the Amalie Arena. A restaurant inside the venue, Firestick Grill, will be offering attendees who purchase the add-on as well as a ticket access to a buffet-style meal prior to the beginning of the concert. This additional piece will cost buyers $105 per pass. Costs may be higher if bought at the door on the day of the show.

Tickets for the main event range in price from $15.75 to $775. Both these and the aforementioned dinner passes can be purchased through Ticketmaster. Merchandise displaying a Logo Design belonging to the artist and/or a specific project of theirs is often sold at shows similar to this one.

The concert is set to kick off at 7:00 pm on Saturday, January 14.
