A well-known recording artist will be hitting the road for another tour, making a stop in Tampa in early April.
John Mayer is known for blending genres to create hits such as “Your Body Is A Wonderland” and “Love On The Weekend.” Mayer has earned several Grammy Awards among other accolades.
Now 44 years old, Mayer’s records have consistently made an impact in the charts, affording him opportunities such as forming a group that also includes Bob Weir. This act has gone on several tours of their own, and is known as Dead & Company.
The Sob Rock Tour will be visiting the Amalie Arena. This string of shows marks the seventh tour for the artist. At the time of writing, there are no strict Covid-19 guidelines in place, although this is subject to change, so attendees are advised to keep their eyes on the event website for the latest.
Tickets range in price from $45.75 to $1,800. Merchandise such as shirts, Posters, jackets, hats, jewelry, and other accessory items are often sold at concerts like this. Some of these will be offered at the April show, with many displaying a photo or graphic design relating to the tour or the artist.
The concert will begin at 7:30pm on Tuesday, April 5. Yebba will be the opening act for this event.
