A well-known Broadway musical will be performed in Tampa in early to mid-December.
Cats is a show by the legendary Andrew Lloyd Webber. This musical was made into a movie that was released in 2019, starring such names as Taylor Swift, James Corden, Jason Derulo, Jennifer Hudson, and Rebel Wilson.
The Straz Center venue, the Carol Morsani Hall, will be the host for the series of performances. It is required of guests to wear a mask the entire time they are inside. In addition, those who are aged five or older will need to provide a negative result to a Covid-19 test. Anyone who is fully vaccinated will need to display proof in order to be allowed inside.
Tickets start at the price of $41.50, and can be purchased through the Straz Center website. Poster printing is often used in promotion of shows like this, going up around the venue, as well as in some surrounding areas.
There is one show on four of the dates, and two on the last two dates. The shows on December 7, 8, and 9 will begin at 7:30 pm, the show on December 10 will start at 8:00 pm. The matinees on the weekend of December 11 and 12 will begin at 2:00 pm, and the evening shows on those dates will start at 8:00 pm and 7:30 pm respectively.
