Open-air holiday festivities are about to take place at Busch Gardens in Tampa. Busch Gardens Christmas Town opens soon and will remain in operation through new year.
With millions of twinkling lights representing the joy and spirit of the holidays, Christmas Town will celebrate with fireworks and a full agenda of activities. Special treats will be tucked throughout select locations throughout the park and in the village.
Nighttime will bring thrill rides, professional ice skaters, merry music, and holiday shows. Sesame Street characters will add to the merriment. Rudolph and Clarice will pay a visit to the young attendees and present photo opportunities. The star of the season, Santa Claus, will host a meet and greet along with more pictures of the man in red and his elves.

After visiting the characters, visitors can continue on with Christmas cheer by jumping on the locomotive. Sing along as everyone enjoys the favorite seasonal songs as they view 65 acres of habitat for rhinos, zebras, giraffes, and other interesting animals.
