Innovation space opens in Orlando
Tech Hub Orlando is now open in the downtown area.
It is in the historic building on W. Pine Street, which was once the home of the University of Central Florida Downtown Academic Center and the Carey Hand Funeral Home. The space is designed to support the collaborative development and growth of startup businesses.
The building is two stories tall and has a conference room, auditorium, five breakout rooms that can hold up to 300 people, and two lecture halls. The rooms will be available for rent at between $40 and $125 per hour depending on the size of the room. Shared offices and desk spaces are also available for rent.
Consultations with Tech Hub companies can be scheduled by founders of startups for no cost. Costs for additional support resources and services will be based on the developmental stages of each business.
More details about the spaces, services, and other offerings available at such establishments can be provided with brochure printing.
Tech Hub offers membership and corporate sponsorship opportunities that range from $500 for a basic sponsorship that includes discounts on rental spaces in the buildings. There are major sponsorships that range between $20,000 and $50,000 a year for a period of three years.
