Workshop for Ocoee first-time homebuyers
Ocoee residents who are considering buying their first home but are feeling nervous about doing so may wish to make an upcoming date on their calendars.
The Central Florida Urban League (CFUL) will be hosting seminar for first time homebuyers. It will provide a wide assortment of information that may be helpful to those who are considering making this major purchase. They will be given details to help them decide how much they can afford to spend, how and where they can get a home loan, what a credit score is, what it means and how they can make it work for them and also how they can qualify for up to $30,000 assistance with their down payment.
The workshop will run from 8:30 in the morning until 4:30 in the afternoon, and lunch will be provided to the attendees. CFUL is a HUD approved housing counselling agency. A printer can provide a wide range of branded promotional products that can be distributed to those who take part in an informational seminar such as this.
The seminar will be held at the CFUL Empowerment Zone, which is located at 595 W. Church Street, Suite F in Orlando On November 19th. Registration fees are $48.20 for one and $57.96 for a couple.
