Virtual childbirth course coming to Ocoee area
Next month, Maternal Home Childbirth Services will be hosting the virtual Evidence Based Birth Childbirth Class for any parents, or soon-to-be parents, in the Ocoee area who are interested in exploring all the different options and information surrounding childbirth.
Maternal Home and Childbirth Services is a childbirth advocacy organization run by Tara Dalles, a Certified Childbirth Consultant. Dalles and her team help parents make the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey a smooth transition by providing them with all the resources and tools needed to make informed decisions.
The virtual childbirth course is designed to empower parents by providing them with six virtual classes to practice their labor skills, four weekly video chats with classmates and instructor, and five weeks of informative online videos. There will also be a Comfort Measures Rehearsal included in the course on February 7, at 2:00 pm.
There are three registration package options to choose from: bronze, silver, and gold. The Bronze package is $249, silver is $299, and gold is $349. For more information on what is included in these packages, visit the organizer’s website.
