Nick Vujicic gave his presentation to more than 2,000 kids. Vujicic, who was born without arms or legs, has become a well-known social media personality, and he had come to the school to share his message about anti-bullying.
He spoke about his life as a child in Australia and how he experienced bullying when he was in school. He was able to work through the problems and is now a married father who enjoys spending time surfing, sky diving, and swimming.
The message he gave was shared with other schools throughout the state via an online simulcast.
When he was finished speaking, the students took part in giving a verbal pledge to stand up to bullying both in their respective schools and also throughout their communities.
